Before you book

Do you coordinate with the venue’s banquet team?

Yes. We plan production changes around the service schedule and identify the venue responsibilities in the brief.

Can I book production only?

Yes. Tell us whether you need full planning or only stage, LED, sound, lighting, fabrication or crew. The proposal will identify your team’s retained responsibilities.

Which locations can I enquire for?

Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida and our other Indian service areas are available for project-specific enquiries. Our offices are in Delhi and Bhubaneswar; travel and local delivery are scoped for the event.

Can I request only part of the setup?

Yes. Specify the elements you need, and tell us which items your venue or agency is already providing.
